Scholarships to create learning opportunities for students from developing countries in Tallinn University's educational innovation and management microdegree programme
Project objectives
Tallinn Universities' Educational Innovation and Leadership microdegree programme goal is to provide students with practical knowledge that they can use in their home countries. The focus areas of the curriculum are educational innovation, evidence-based change management, 21st century educational management competencies and the success story of Estonian education.
Actions and results
With the support of the scholarship programme, we enable up to 21 learnersfrom Armenia, Botswana, Georgia, Kenya, Moldova, Namibia or Uganda to improve their knowledge in the Estonian education system by participating in the educational innovation and management microdegree programme. In exchange for the support, students are paid a living allowance, the cost of the place of study is covered, and contributions are made to the development and adaptation of the curriculum.
