Reform and streamlining of the Moldovan labor market service
Project objectives
The project aims to support the Republic of Moldova in reforming its employment service to provide modern and effective support to both job seekers and employer clients.
Actions and results
The project will introduce the best practices of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund through various seminars, active learning methods and co-creation activities and advise the Moldovan State Employment Service on their adoption in an adapted form. The trainings will prepare inputs for sectoral changes based on the needs of the Moldovan Employment Service. The training project will address topics related to European Union integration and introduce Estonia's experiences in implementing reforms and legislation in the field of the labor market, taking into account the national development strategy "Europe Moldova 2030", where one of the important challenges is increasing employment.
