SMART BORDER for UKRAINE - innovative training solutions for implementing SMART solutions for estblishment of EU Border in Ukraine

The training will focus on different elements, procedures, and technological solutions of IBM, with the very strong focus on integrity, respect for Fundamental Rights and corruption free governance. Estonia has the latest experience of building up a sustainable border control, surveillance, and management system at the front gate of EU, the participants of the course will have a first practical experience on how it really works and what and how needs to be reformed, modernized in Ukrainian border management system. The training program will be developed in very close cooperation with our Ukrainian partner to ensure that their real needs are met. The project is using an adaptive management method, to be more flexible and adoptive since we are operating in rather challenging and dangerous environment.
