The project is part of the EU-supported national program “European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development” (ENPARD) Phase IV, which aims to improve the well-being of people living in rural areas by strengthening the conditions for more inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Project objectives

The project aims primarily to contribute to the revitalization of rural areas, promoting balanced and inclusive development, taking into account structural changes affecting the economic and social fabric of communities, together with the sustainability of intervention approaches at policy and program levels.

Actions and results

Results:

1. Improved rural development governance system for integrated effective policy formulation and implementation.

2. Improved rural services, infrastructure, empowered rural women and inclusive rural development.

3. Sustainable use of forest resources and improved environmental protection and climate action.
