The project supports the sustainability of Armenia’s e-governance by developing the architecture, documentation, and a prototype for a secure and legally reliable system for the delivery of official notifications between government institutions. In addition, a two-day Cyber Range cyber defence exercise will be conducted to strengthen the preparedness of Armenian government agencies and critical infrastructure representatives to respond to cyber incidents.

Project objectives

As a result of the project, Armenia’s public sector capacity to deliver official notifications to citizens and businesses will be strengthened through a secure, verifiable, and standardised system. At the same time, the cybersecurity maturity of government institutions will be enhanced, along with their ability to protect digital services and critical infrastructure through practical cyber defence exercises.

Actions and results

As part of the project, a validated architecture for an official notifications delivery system will be developed, including API requirements, a legal framework, documentation, and a functional prototype. In addition, a cyber defence exercise will be conducted, enhancing participants’ skills in identifying, analysing, mitigating cyber threats, and responding to cyber incidents.
