Green Bridges: Fostering Estonian-Kenyan Digital Cleantech Collaboration 2024

We will bring selected Kenyan cleantech companies to Estonia for a roadshow, give a more in-depth inside look at the conditions for expansion into Europe. In addition, we will take selected Estonian cleantech companies to Kenya and jointly present that selection of international companies at a major international technology event in Kenya (whether it is Latitude59 Kenya, Transform Africa Summit or Nairobi Tech Week). We’ll also include a public sector representative/representatives from Estonia to illustrate Estonian public and private sector cooperation, as the success of clean technology companies is largely related to regulations and public sector support.
As a result of the project, the Estonian and Kenyan companies involved have improved ntheir knowledge of both the Kenyan and European cleantech sector, and increased the business opportunities. As a result, their network has expanded and their knowledge about the operation of the cleantech market in the target country has deepened.
