Microdegree: Leading change for digital and green transformation
Project objectives
The goal of microdegree MUDIRO scholarship programme is to increase learners’ knowledge about change management and demonstrate how to implement changes for digitalization and green transformation.
Actions and results
This microdegree of 15 ECTS develops further the 2023 change management program, which enhanced new knowledge and skills as well as implementation of concrete projects in practice.
The microdegree will give a systemic and focused overview of main theories of change management and practical choices. Practical skill sets will be developed through independent studies, teamwork and specific case studies about change management in different organizations in the context of target countries. 7 scholarships are expected to be given in the program.
